Scheduling Your Appointment

Appointments may be requested through:

• Phone
• In person at either clinic location

Your appointment is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team.

Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, we may send appointment reminders by phone, email, or text message. However, it remains the patient's responsibility to arrive for their scheduled appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Providing advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. Depending on your arrival time and our schedule, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other patients.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not provided advance notice, it will be considered a missed appointment.

Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may require a deposit to reserve future appointments or may affect future scheduling.

Deposits

Certain treatments or longer appointments may require a reservation deposit.

If a deposit is required, our team will explain the applicable terms when your appointment is scheduled.

Refunds

Products, treatments, deposits, and services are subject to our clinic's refund policy.

Because many aesthetic and medical services are personalized, completed treatments are generally non-refundable.

Medical Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel due to illness, an emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis.
